Kate Moss’ sister, Lottie, 26, breaks down in tears amid addiction battle: ‘I don’t even like or know who I am’

Kate Moss’ half-sister, Lottie Moss, detailed her “horrible” mental health and addiction issues in an emotional new TikTok video.

“I have struggled so much since, like, I was young with depression and anxiety and, you know, problems with addiction,” the 26-year-old model told her followers through tears Monday from her bedroom.

“I’ve gotten to a point where I don’t even like or know who I am.”

Lottie said the modeling industry contributed to her struggles because she would “succumb to drugs and alcohol” whenever she “felt sad.”

“I think I rebelled so hard away from an industry that made me sad,” she added.

“I just rebelled so hard away from being that person because I was just, like, so miserable being that person.”

The British socialite noted that her venture into OnlyFans modeling and decision to get a face tattoo were part of a “big change” she went through on her tumultuous journey to self-discovery.

She said “navigating your 20s f–king sucks” because you “don’t even know what you’re meant to be doing, who you’re meant to be friends with.”

“It’s all just such a head-f–k, it really is,” Lottie said while bawling.

“At times you become someone that you don’t like or know or recognize, and I think I’ve gotten to that place today where I’m just like, ‘I don’t know who I am.'”

The social media influencer said her choices did not lead her to happiness, however, and actually made her question even more, “‘Who the f–k am I?'”

Lottie, who is the daughter of modeling agent Inger Moss and travel agent Peter Moss, recognized that she is privileged but said, “You can be grateful and still struggle,” adding, “Mental illness f–king sucks.”

The blond beauty said she “isolated” herself and pushed away people who care for her, but she wanted to share her story because it’s “important for people to see that life isn’t as shiny and bright as it is on social media.”

Lottie also noted she wanted to connect with others who may be dealing with the same struggles, saying she needs to “know that there’s … other people that feel this way … [that] I’m not going crazy.”

The video — captioned, “i hope this finds the right side of tiktok and people can relate to this feeling of being lost” — was well-received, with one person commenting, “I turned 30 last month and have felt lost, sad, alone, isolated myself away from people. life’s a challenge.”

Despite the heaviness of the video, Lottie appeared to find joy in one particular moment when she shared she is four days sober, giggling as she said, “So, that’s good.”

The model concluded her video by sharing that she also wants to document her journey as a way to keep herself accountable so that she doesn’t “go off the rails.”

Lottie’s addiction battle has been known to the public before. She went to rehab in 2022 but seemed to be taking her recovery less seriously at the time, joking, “I think I took euphoria too literally u guys,” referencing the hit HBO show about teens dealing with drugs, sex and trauma.

A family source told The Post at the time that Kate, 50, had often felt “mortified” over how Lottie had been dealing with her issues and that the supermodel’s 21-year-old daughter, Lila, “won’t have anything to do with Lottie.”

Over the weekend, Kate — who is on a newfound wellness journey herself — went on a trip to the Caribbean island of Mustique to celebrate her 50th birthday, and Lottie was noticeably absent. The vacation was reportedly alcohol-free.
